Angelou Zhu
Angelou Zhu graduated from his MA at the Royal College of Art in 2016 after completing a postgraduate course at the Central Saint Martins. He is a minimalist, an artisan and a wearer. Angelou specializes in tailoring but with a contemporary approach, aiming to cut, finish and creating fabrication with a modern consideration. To him, the balance between creativity and accessibility is essential. He always start designing from wearers' perspective to achieve luxurious, chic but effortless fashion.

Laser-cut leather lace, the scale of the motifs as well as the non-stitching method of constructing interpret the modern use of lace. The organic shapes of the woolen pieces were created by one or two cuts, assembled by eyelets.
