Future of Denim Branding Competition

Karl Lagerfeld, Calvin Klein – two of the most prominent brands in the fashion industry. Imagine having their top minds take a look at and evaluate your designs. With the launch of the Future of Denim Branding Competition, Avery Dennison RBIS and ARTS THREAD are doing just that, by affording emerging designers and design students once-in-a-lifetime exposure to some of the industry’s top figures at these fashion houses, in addition to the “godfather of denim” Adriano Goldschmied.

The first-of-its-kind Future of Denim Branding Competition has tasked design students and recent graduates from across the globe with designing the branding for a five-pocket jean by integrating intelligent branding with design creativity. In addition to getting the face-time with these denim leaders, Avery Dennison RBIS will also provide the winner with a paid internship with the RBIS branding, innovation and creative teams which will bring his or her design and branding to life, from artwork to sampling to the finished product on a pair of jeans.
